HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. something is wrong with their app. It stays on the screen saying SEARCHING FOR DEVICE EVEN THOUGH THE DEVICE SAYS IT IS CONNECTED SUCCESSFULLY VIA BLUETOOTH. I UNINSTALLED THE APP, REINSTALLED THE APP, CLEARED CACHE & DATA, RESTARTED MY PHONE, RESTARTED THE MUAMA & NOTHING!!! I ABSOLUTELY NEED THIS TO WORK. WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO DO WITH THIS THING? CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS NON EXISTENT. I HAVE SENT EMAILS, CALLED SEVERAL TIMES. I WAS ON HOLD & DISCONNECTED. I CALLED AGAIN, WAIT FOR AGENT...DISCONNECTED AGAIN! CALLED AGAIN, I WAS GIVEN THE OPTION TO HAVE SOMEONE CALL ME BACK. NEVER DID I RECEIVE A CALL. BAD BUSINESS!
