You have to develop a virus or illness that is as lethal as you can in order to kill a patient, trying to keep the doctors from finding a cure.
How to play:
You must use the best strategy to reduce the patient's health; you can attack the patient's circulatory, respiratory or renal system among many others. You get more points as the patient gets worse, which you can use to hinder the patient's recovery.
