Developed by Google, this application uses speech recognition technology to transcribe speech in real time, facilitating communication between listeners and people who are deaf or hard of hearing.
Compatible with Android 5.0 (Lollipop) and newer versions, the application can switch between two languages quickly and convert audio into text. In addition, what is written can also be converted into a voice message.
The current configuration includes the possibility to adjust the size of the text, select theme, language, activate alerts to know when the other person returns to speak and an option to hide obscene language.
Once you provide the permissions requested by the application, the microphone activates and transcribes what is said. The answers can be written by clicking on the icon in the form of a keyboard at the bottom of the screen.
